Our School Dental Sealant Program serves 74 school districts and 200+ schools across Oregon, providing care for kids in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Yearly, over 16,000 students receive fluoride treatment and over 20,000 students have their teeth sealed, all at no cost to participants. "Everybody Brush" is an Oregon Health Authority (OHA)-certified School Dental Sealant Program.
The services available as part of "Everybody Brush" include:
- Oral health assessments
- Fluoride treatments (silver diamine fluoride and fluoride varnish with betadine)
- Dental sealants
- Protective restorations
- Oral hygiene instructions
- Nutritional counseling
- Tobacco counseling
- Toothbrush kits
- Care coordination, including assistance for children with urgent dental concerns with accessing care
